Responsibilities
Summary
The Unit Clerk performs as the coordinator of communication for the unit, facilitates patient data management. The unit clerk also collaborates with CN, physicians, staff and allied health team for delivery of patient care, actively participates in managing department resources to include maintaining equipment and supplies.

We are dedicated to providing a healing, family-centered environment for women and newborn infants. Our level IIIA Neonatal Intensive Care Unit has 24-beds allowing for specialized stabilization and management of high-risk and premature infants; recently expanded services include medical management of infants requiring ventilator support.

Location
This position is located in La Mesa, San Diego County
Hours
Part time .6 evening shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm, work every other weekend
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Unit clerk/secretary preferred
- One years experience as Unit clerk/secretary in an acute care setting preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- NICU experience
