This highly visible, fast paced position primary focus will be to improve the efficiency & quality of SRS Clinical Operations. Develop clinical algorithms and predictive models of healthcare profiles that lead to actionable clinical opportunities.This exciting opportunity involves working closely and supporting Physicians & Clinical Leadership. Must have knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN, Work-Out, and CAP (Change Acceleration Process) and their integration into current Sharp’s clinical and operation quality initiatives. Our department is looking for an individual with exuberant creativity and strong analytical skills to facilitate the redesign of clinic operations. Design optimal workflows by harmonizing EHR workflows with quality interventions, such as population health analytics, disease management, P4P, Medicare stars and other quality performance programs.
In addition to process re-engineering, this position will also be responsible for supporting end-users of the AEHR. Development of training curricula, on-call support and designing computer-based tools are all key responsibilities to ensure the successful deployment of the system. Strong customer service skills and an ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment are prerequisites of a successful candidate. Key functions include validating, interpreting, and integrating this information in a strategic manner using data expertise and clinical skills to maximize the effectiveness of the investments in EHR

This position is located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego County.
8 hour -Day shift; Weekends, and on-Call 1 week every 5 weeks
