$53.220 - $68.670 - $84.121The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.

About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist who is aligned with Sharp’s vision and mission and is excited to enter a fast-paced hospital based outpatient treatment clinic. You will be a valued member of an interdisciplinary team providing high quality care to a caseload of clients impacted by mood disorders, thought disorders and substance use.
You will get the opportunity to facilitate group therapy using evidence based materials, collaborate with care partners and treatment providers. You will conceptualize individual plans of care, use data to determine treatment outcomes and participate in weekly treatment teams. This role will hone your clinical skillset for sure.

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Ph.D. or PsyD. from an APA accredited doctoral program in psychology, or an Ed.D from a doctoral program in Psychology
- 3 Years Clinical experience
- 1 Year Experience (pre or post licensure) in an inpatient psychiatric treatment setting
- Leadership experience
- Experience in program development/evaluation
- California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) - CA Board of Behavioral Sciences -REQUIRED
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of clinical experience treating individuals in a behavioral health setting
- Experience providing group therapy to various populations
- Experience working in an Intensive Outpatient or Partial Hospital program
- Comfortable in practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
Bonus Eligibility Requirements:
- 3 years of Clinical experience
- 1 year Experience (pre or post licensure) in an inpatient psychiatric treatment setting

- Rehires/Reinstates that are rejoining the organization less than 12 months from last date of employment with Sharp Healthcare

- Transfers to a non-bonus eligible department or position may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus.
