Summary

The Health Care Partner helps to prepare patients for their upcoming surgeries for our three campus facilities. 

The Pre-Anesthesia Evaluation Services (PAES) at Sharp Memorial Hospital is for the Clinical RN to process the surgical patients prior to their procedure or surgery.  The PAES Clinical RN will process the surgical patients telephonically and in a clinic setting, gathering and reviewing pre-op testing and orders to prevent delays and cancellations on the day of the procedure or surgery.

Location

This position is located in Serra Mesa, San Diego County.

 
Hours 
 Full-Time, 8-Hour Variable Day Shifts
 


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • One year of acute care nursing assistant 

  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare)

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • One year unit secretary experience 

  • High school graduate or equivalent 

  • California Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
