The Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Rehab, evaluates, plans, directs and administers Occupational Therapy treatment under the prescription of a licensed physician. Assists patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Contributes to performance improvement activities within the department, and participates in CQI activities and documentation review when requested. Participates in self professional development of pediatric rehabilitation skills and knowledge. Will pursue formal and informal consultation by other staff therapists. Will be available for co-treatments and contribute to the team approach for Pediatric Rehabilitation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- CA State license as Occupational Therapist
- BLS for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association
- Proactive problem-solving skills and time management skills
- Effective customer service driven communications skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Clinical experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy
