Hours
8 hours day shift, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, no weekends
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be a self motivated team player that is able to work well with a wide variety of internal and external customers over the phone, in person and via electronic communication.  
  • Must good judgment in resolving issues and process change, brings issues to the attention of other Recruitment staff and Department leadership in an appropriate manner. 
  • Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and written and the ability to work well in a team oriented, matrixed environment. 
  • Able to revolve conflict directly, promptly and respectfully.  The successful individual will have previous experience in Recruitment/Human Resources. 
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high volume of phone calls, e-mails, and processing of newly hired employees
  • Demonstrates ability to provide a strong customer service focus
  • Must be proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Word:  Outlook and Word
  • Must have prior experience in working with an electronic applicant tracking system
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • HR Certification
  • Associates Degree

The Recruitment Team plays an integral role in Sharp HealthCare’s success on their journey to become the best place to work, practice medicine and receive care.

The Onboarding Specialist will provide operational support for the Recruitment Department, employees, management and outside applicants by delivering a high level of customer care as well as timely and accurate information with the recruitment and on-boarding process. Successful individuals in this role will be a self-motivated team player that is able to work well with variety of internal and external customers over the phone, in person and via electronic communication.  Demonstrate good judgment in resolving issues and process changes. Brings issues to the attention of other Recruitment staff in an appropriate manner. Strong follow-through skills and be highly organized as well as be able to resolve conflict directly, promptly and respectfully.
