This position is responsible for assembling case carts for surgical procedures, maintaining storage and inventory of supplies and instruments, transporting case carts and supplies from Sterile Processing to the Operating Room.
The Surgical Department has just moved into its brand new state of the art facility. The multi-specialty surgical services is comprised of 12 OR suites. Some of the nationally recognized programs are in Bariatric, Robotic, and Open Heart and Transplant.

This position is located in Serra Mesa, San Diego County
Per Diem - Variable shift
Weekend shifts as needed - On call requirement
Required Skills and Qualifications
- One year experience in a hospital/healthcare setting
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, OR supplies/instruments and instrument sets
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of sterile processing procedures
