This position will float to five Sharp Rees-Stealy Urgent Care facilities within San Diego County
Per diem; 9-hours variable shifts; weekends as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Six months experience as a receptionist with a strong emphasis in customer service.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and the internet for business related activities.
- Capable of efficiently managing multiple phone lines in a professional office setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR required within the first 90 days.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Medical office experience preferred.
- Medical terminology is preferred.
The Patient Service Representative represents Sharp Rees-Stealy by assisting patients with scheduling needs, information, and other operational support services. Assist doctors and nurses with patient care by ensuring all front office administrative tasks are complete and correct. Provides a high level of
customer service in a manner consistent with our Mission and Goals.
Fast paced Urgent Care setting with an average clinic size of 9 to 13 beds.
