The Patient Service Representative represents Sharp Rees-Stealy by providing patients with appointments, information and other operational support services for assigned department. Provides a high level of customer service in a manner consistent with our Mission and Goals.

We know it also takes strength of spirit to restore your body, so we provide the encouragement and support you need to achieve overall balance and well-being.  From our vast array of rehabilitation services, our certified licensed therapists will design a program ideal for your individual needs: Aquatic therapy, Back class, Manual therapy, Mobility evaluation, Neurological rehabilitation for adult and pediatric patients, Orthotics, Outpatient orthopedics, Pain management, Pelvic floor rehabilitation, Physical therapy, Running clinic, Speech-language pathology, Stress reduction class, Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) care, Total joint program, Vestibular rehabilitation and fall prevention, Women's health issues, Work injuries, Wound care and Yoga.

Sharp Rees-Stealy has been serving the health care needs of San Diegans since 1923 when doctors Clarence Rees and Clair Stealy formed San Diego's first multispecialty medical group practice. Today, Sharp Rees-Stealy has 22 locations (and still growing) and over 500 primary care doctors and specialists representing virtually every field of medicine.

This position is located in San Diego County.
Per diem: 8-hour day shift; variable times.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical office experience required with a strong emphasis in customer service, computer skills, and phones or completion of a medical receptionist or equivalent training program.


Preferred Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Completion of a medical receptionist or equivalent training program.
