This position is located in Serra Mesa, San Diego County
Per diem; 8am to 5pm
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years medical office experience
- Strong emphasis in customer service, computer skills, and phones or completion of a medical receptionist or equivalent training program
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and use good judgment and tact in dealing with patients
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with IDX
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
This Patient Service Representative will work in the Oncology department and work closely with the staff and patients scheduling chemotherapy and tests for patients. This candidate must be understanding and have the ability to listen to patients concerns in a professional manner.
