This role will assist with mobilizing patients via lift equipment and/or mobilization aids and other trained personnel from one area to another area within the hospital, must be able to push and pull a bed with an IV pole in and out of elevators.  Communicates and coordinates with other healthcare team members meeting the needs of patients and staff.

 This position is located in Serra Mesa, San Diego County



PM/NOC shift; Part Time; (0.5) 8-hour shift: varied shift start & end time; scheduling will be discussed during the interview.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Knowledge of proper body mechanics for safe transfer of patient and self


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • One year hospital related experience
  • EMT experience 
  • CNA experience
  • Acute Care hospital experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced environment
