Responsibilities

Summary

The Pharmacy Technician will assist the pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services that supports the mission, values and philosophy of Pharmacy Services and Sharp Healthcare.  You will perform technical tasks involved in the preparation, documentation and distribution of patient medications.
This is a float pool position through Staffing Resource Network (SRN).  The SRN department offers opportunities to experience a wide range of patient care at various sites within Sharp HealthCare. Sharp promotes quality patient-family centered care in a team environment with excellent customer service. This position requires an enthusiastic, positive individual willing to be a part of a dynamic float pool servicing all of Sharp HealthCare.

Location

This position will float throughout the Sharp Rees-Stealy pharmacy locations in San Diego County.
 
Hours
PER DIEM
8 hours variable shifts, weekends as needed.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Current unencumbered CA Pharmacy Technician licensure
  • Current one (1) year current outpatient/ retail Pharmacy Technician experience  preferred
