The Radiology Rep - Scheduler provides administrative support to ensure the department is organized and running successfully.  The position works closely with patients, physicians, clinical staff and other support personnel throughout the department.  Duties may include reception, scheduling, phone management, medical record coordination and other responsibilities as assigned by management.

This position is located in Serra Mesa, San Diego County.
Full time: 8-hours variable shifts and times; includes weekends as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to perform duties according to specific written and/or verbal instructions and to accurately maintain scheduling documentation.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Have basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Have the ability to remain calm under pressure.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • One year experience within a hospital and/or medical setting, preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
