The Scheduler will assist the clinical health team in all team operational functions on a daily basis; Maintain the standard of flow processes established within agency guidelines; Schedule employees to meet patient’s needs under the guidance of clinical leadership.

Sharp Home Health provides cutting edge clinical services including transplant care, wound experts, diabetes nurse educator, infusion specialists, and non-invasive pain management modalities. With a focus on maximizing recovery, independence and long-term wellness, Sharp Home Health provides diabetes care instruction, specialty nursing, rehabilitation and senior behavioral health services to individuals throughout San Diego County.

This position is located in Kearny Mesa.
Per diem: 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8am to 5pm; includes weekends as needed. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language.
  • Baseline computer skills.
  • Ability to triage problems under direction.
  • Well versed in Medical Terminology.
  • Demonstrates strong effective communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, assemble, file and maintain accurate records.
  • At least one year of recent clerical Home Health experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to type 60 words per minute preferred.
  • Previous experience in Home Health Care or the medical industry is desired.
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience is desired.
