Responsibilities
Summary
This position is responsible for supporting Sharp University education and training as a way to promote the culture of Sharp HealthCare. Key responsibilities include conducting training related to The Sharp Experience and High-Reliability Organization skills as well as generating standard reports for monitoring training compliance.

The Sharp University hosts quarterly leadership development sessions to provide Sharp leaders with system updates and opportunities for professional growth. The sessions are taught through a combination of internal experts as well as external speakers and subject matter experts in various fields.
Sharp System Services have campuses located in the communities of Kearny Mesa and Serra Mesa and consist of the Spectrum location, the Ruffin Road location and Sharp Operations Center (SOC). These offices provide the centralized integrated system support services to the operating entities within the system. These services include: Strategic Planning, Business Development, Information Technology, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk Management and Insurance, Contracts, Human Resources, Facilities Management and Development, Clinical Effectiveness, Finance, Nursing, Systems Supply Chain Services, Marketing and Communications, The Sharp Experience and Sharp University.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a health care related field.

Previous training experience required.

Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and concisely.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Effective team player; highly motivated to contribute to an atmosphere in which enthusiastic people work hard and produce outstanding results.

Detail-oriented.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
