Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- Working knowledge of GE Business Systems and Enterprise EHR
- Ability to type approximately 30 wpm with proficiency and accuracy
- Strong cash handling skills
- Business Service Representative (BSR) experience helpful
- Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9/CPT Coding
The Urgent Care Systems Specialist primary responsibilities are supporting the Urgent Care Business Service Representative, working TES Edits, and assisting the Urgent Care staff in providing our patients with a great experience.
Urgent Care Administration supports the Urgent Care clinics administratively. Our goal is to provide very good care to our patients and staff.
