Exciting Updates for 2026.
Sharp’s third and newly added Value HMO Medical plan offers an option with $0.00 premium at all tiers of coverage, available to both full-time and part-time employees.
All three Sharp medical plan options will include coverage for infertility treatment and fertility services, helping team members plan for the future with confidence and support.

It gets even better with frontloaded extended sick insurance beginning the first January after your hire date. Retirement Plans

In partnership with Magellan Health, we provide support for everything from stress and emotional health to relationships, financial guidance, legal resources, life enrichment services, and referrals to trusted community resources. You’ll have access to up to eight sessions per issue per rolling year, giving you the tools to maintain balance, health, peace of mind, and productivity.
