Per Diem Positions for the PCU System Wide Float Pool:

Work Commitment: 4 shifts per 4-week schedule including either 1 weekend shift or 1 Monday or Friday shift.

  • Per Diem Clinical Nurse- PCU System Wide Float Pool - Variable Shift
  • Per Diem Clinical Nurse - PCU System Wide Float Pool - Night Shift

Seasonal/Temporary Positions- Completion Bonus up to $12,500.00

This is a Seasonal position for employees who would be placed on a temporary assignment for 12 – 24 weeks.  We are seeking employees that can commit to 36 hours per week to fulfill our seasonal needs.

For our Seasonal/Temporary employees we will be providing incentives for those who complete their assignments. To be eligible for the incentives the following criteria must be met:
  • 12wk of 36h/wk. commitment will be eligible for $6,250.00 bonus after the end of 12 wk. assignment.
  • 24wk of 36h/wk. commitment will be eligible for an additional $6,250.00 bonus at the end of 24-week assignment.
  • ESI/ILV/FMLA/CFRA will not disqualify candidates from completion bonuses. ESI occurrences will be handled via Just Culture process.
  • After 24wk assignment has been completed you may be considered for permanent employment at Sharp.
