Transition in Practice: Exciting Career Advancement Opportunities for Experienced RNs from Non-Acute Care Settings!

Sharp Grossmont is offering qualified RNs a structured eight (8) week Transition in Practice (TIP) Training Program in Acute Care and Progressive Care units.  Successful completion will result in Full Time Night or Day shift positions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of a U.S. state-approved and accredited nursing program
• Current unencumbered California RN license
• One year RN experience in LTAC, SNF, Post Acute, Behavioral Health, Home Health, Urgent Care and Clinics within the last year
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification for a healthcare provider
