Katey joined Sharp as an independent clinical dietitian in 2004, 20 years ago. Since then, she has held many roles. Starting as an inpatient clinical dietitian, she transferred to other departments including outpatient counseling, kidney transplant, behavioral health and food service management. From there, while receiving encouragement from her managers, training and tools, she earned her certification to become a specialist in oncology nutrition.
For her, The Sharp Experience not only means feeling supported and encouraged to forge her own path, but recognized for her accomplishments.

The sense of community Katey feels at Sharp extends beyond her role.
