Transition in Practice 

"Emergency Department RN Training Program" offering registered nurses the opportunity to train in the emergency room. The Transition in Practice program has been developed for those experienced Registered Nurses from different experience levels to transition to our Emergency Department. This program is a comprehensive development training program that combines both classroom didactic and clinical orientation to perform the role, duties, patient care activities and procedures that are carried out by Emergency Department RNs. The typical orientation is 12 weeks but might be extended or shortened depending on the individual.

"Intensive Care Unit RN Training Program" offering registered nurses the opportunity to train in the Intensive Care Unit. The Transition in Practice program has been developed for those experienced Registered Nurses from different experience levels to transition to our Intensive Care Unit. This program is a comprehensive development training program that combines both classroom didactic and clinical orientation to perform the role, duties, patient care activities and procedures that are carried out by Intensive Care Unit RNs. The typical orientation is 12 weeks but might be extended or shortened depending on the individual.
