$33.090 - $42.700 - $52.310The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. What You Will Do
The Program Coordinator for Business Development is responsible for overseeing business development programs encompassing multiple initiatives across various teams, directing efforts of related projects to optimize client and community relationships. The Program Coordinator will work with leadership, project teams, and vendors to facilitate effective, efficient, and consistent service. The Program Coordinator works across projects facilitating them through timelines, value metrics, and tollgates to attain greater value. This position is responsible for establishing standards, gaining synergy across teams within the program, and program performance reporting. The Program Coordinator serves as a first escalation point for colleagues and vendors engaged in projects within the assigned programs helping to resolve conflicts among projects. This position produces and maintains detailed dashboards or logs for the programs providing critical milestones, status, performance indicators, and measures over time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 Year Experience with program/project coordination, or program/project management, leading and managing strategic initiatives, or equivalent experience.
- 2 Years experience with customer service or client service.

Essential Functions
- Communication
Directs the work of one or more strategic programs and their component projects.
Facilitates the work of project leaders regarding work performance and business operations on assigned programs/projects.
Partnering with the Director and division leadership, develops and implements best-practice standards regarding program processes.
Provides constant updates and status indications to project leaders.
Promotes effective communication and coordination across teams within programs and between programs and the overall portfolio of work.
Provides input into performance of program and project team members.
Contributes to formal program plans for specifics strategic initiatives including technologies, budgets, value propositions, resource requirements, and timelines. - Problem Analysis and Resolution
Performs thorough problem analysis and resolution processes using sound judgment, initiative, professional discretion.
Conducts project health checks to evaluate potential risks to project/program success.
Develops and maintains up to date tracking dashboards across all areas of the programs including measures of status, performance, milestones, and adherence to standards. Proactively looks for improvement opportunities taking the initiative to investigate possible solutions and take action or propose solutions where the scope of the issue extends beyond the team.
Produces clear, concise, and thorough analysis of issues. Presents effectively in writing and verbally to all levels of management. - Program Management
Ensures successful delivery of the programs' overall objectives by directing and overseeing the programs' component projects.
Provides reporting of program progress and performance ensuring each included project leader is providing appropriate, timely and accurate information.
Provides effective updates in both verbal and written formats.
Monitors the implementation of an overall Program Management Plan.
Facilitates the integration and coordination of the various component project teams' efforts in order to meet program objectives.
Effectively interacts with stakeholders to promote a positive relationship.
