$64.960 - $83.820 - $102.680The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
What You Will Do
Participates in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Cardiology service line program or Pulmonary service line program. Provides leadership to the program and has oversight of clinical services including clinical protocols/outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, quality measures, physician communication and interdisciplinary team communication. Works closely with internal and external constituents to ensure that program services are well integrated with existing capabilities across transitions of care and the care continuum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 Years In RN clinical role in acute care setting.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association
- California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 2 Years Management/leadership experience.
- Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -PREFERRED
