Ruel’s building a fulfilling career on support, passion and care

Ruel joined the team at Sharp HealthCare 22 years ago. Since the beginning, he has built a career that has made an impact across our surgical department. First as a nurse, and after a few other career-building roles, he’s now a surgical lead. When asked about his Sharp journey, he credits our supportive culture and the many benefits and programs we offer for personal and professional growth.

Ruel has benefitted directly from several mentors over the years who have taken the time to share their knowledge and encouraged him to fulfill his potential.
