At Sharp, we believe that hospice is more than end-of-life support. It’s about comfort, understanding and giving every patient the best possible quality of life.

We care for our patients where they feel most comfortable — at home, in a nursing home or at the hospital. And we also offer unique home-like residences, devoted solely to terminally-ill patients and their families. All three of our homes — in La Mesa, Del Cerro and Bonita — are staffed 24 hours a day by licensed nurses with skill and compassion.

Our expert team of compassionate caregivers includes a medical director, physicians, case managers, registered nurses, social workers, hospice aides, spiritual care counselors, bereavement counselors and integrative therapy practitioners.
