Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$55.920 - $72.150 - $88.380


The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.



What You Will Do
The Project Manager-Finance-ERP Implementation is a 2-year assignment managing all aspects of the Finance domain implementation of Workday. The successful candidate will demonstrate exception ability to manage project scope, lead and manage the finance implementation team, manage communications effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and manage the solution development - deliver successful solution deployment in close partnership with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with major in Accounting.
  • 5 Years accounting related experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Audit experience with large public accounting firm.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - CA Board of Accountancy -PREFERRED

  • Project Management
    Manage the ERP Implementation – Finance Domain
    At a high level, this role would be the "go-to" resource for business team leaders during the design/build of the ERP financials suite.
    Partners with ERP Implementation Program Manager to escalate issues, roadblocks, major decisions, etc.
    Effectively interface with senior management and key stakeholders regarding project deliverables, project status, issue management.
    Manages Finance team-specific implementation plan elements.
    Partners with team leads to ensure actions, decisions, assumptions, and other RAID elements are being completed comprehensively and in a timely manner.
    Understanding of business financial functions (general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable expense accounting, allocations, planning/budgeting/forecasting, reporting, data validation, etc.)
    Applies knowledge and principles of project management methodology to contribute to the development, maintenance and improvements of project delivery documentation.
    Facilitates resolution of project conflicts through effective communication and interaction.

    Provides assistance with hiring and counseling staff.
    Maintains confidentiality of information to which he/she is privileged.
    Provides input for staff evaluations.

    Inspire, motivate and guide others towards project goal accomplishment.
