$30.010 - $37.510 - $45.010The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
What You Will Do
Provides unarmed Emergency Room security and/or other security as required.
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
Must be non-probationary active duty police officer or Sheriffs Deputy of a San Diego County Law Enforcement Agency.
Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Certification -REQUIRED
Valid CA Driver's License OR Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A OR Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class B -
Other Qualification Requirements
Demonstrates clean driving record in accordance with requirements of the employer DMV pull notice program and Sharp HealthCare Driver Guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to utilize resources in an organized manner.
Extensive knowledge of penal codes.
Effective interpersonal and customer relations' skills.
