Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$55.920 - $72.150 - $88.380

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.

What You Will Do
Ensures that projects provide expected solutions, are delivered on time, within budget, and at acceptable levels of satisfaction by internal clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field.
• Project team leadership.
• Experience managing a variety of projects with successful outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 Years experience in a health care system.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) - Various-Employee provides certificate -PREFERRED

Essential Functions

• Leadership
  Ensures successful delivery of project solutions by effectively leading project team members and managing project stakeholder expectations.
  Facilitates resolution of project conflicts through effective communication and interaction.
  Mentors staff on how to be effective project team members.
  Manages the activities of the project team members.
  Provides input into performance evaluations of project team members.
• Problem analysis and resolution
  Performs thorough problem analysis and resolution processes within Information Systems accepted framework using sound judgment, initiative, and own discretion.
• Project management
  Demonstrates consistent and effective application of Project Management techniques.
  Through incorporation and integration of analyses, as well as sound professional judgment regarding project requirements, develops and maintains a comprehensive project management plan and schedule.
  Establishes and manages project requirements and timelines to ensure completion within target dates as agreed to with affected parties.
  Manages interactions with stakeholders to ensure understanding, resolve conflicts, reach mutual decisions, and attain project goals.
  Develops, proposes, and manages project budgets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to fulfill the duties and responsibilities described herein.
• Thorough knowledge of PM principles and methodologies and skilled at developing and leading multi-dimensional projects.
• Ability to work effectively with SCMG senior executives, management, staff, physicians, contract personnel and vendors required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately with people verbally and in writing to achieve results for the organization with and through people required. Skilled at conducting presentations to senior and executive management.
• Ability to effectively lead teams and meetings.
• Ability to develop, propose and manage project budgets.
• Ability to practice good time management and to multitask required.
• Ability to negotiate and set priorities required.
• Knowledge of IS principles and practices, the ability to evaluate solutions by interpreting functional requirements, and the ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical users/clients required.
• Knowledge of Information Systems nomenclature and technology preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems environment preferred.
